📝 AGREEMENT NOTICE

• By placing an order, you agree to all store terms and policies listed on this site. These include:

• Processing times (1-2 weeks in a half ) or what’s up to date on my main page for that moment !!

• All sales being final (no returns, no exchanges, no cancellations)

•Shipping timelines

• Custom order conditions

• This agreement must be accepted before checkout is completed. No order can be placed without acknowledging these terms — meaning you confirm that you are aware of the processing time and all policies before submitting payment.

📦PROCESSING TIME

  • All products are made to order — I create each garment as it’s ordered.
  • Processing time is 1 to 2.5 weeks (this can be subject to change whether it be to order demand .. or etc ) PLEASE READ HOME PAGE UPDATES FOR MORE INFO / for that current time to stay up to date  !

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Yours will begin once earlier orders are completed.
  • If you’re wondering why you haven’t received your order yet, it’s most likely still being processed.

  • Please remember: processing time is required on all orders because everything is custom made-to-order.
  • Leaving a note at checkout requesting an earlier delivery date does not override the standard processing time.( please have consideration for me and my business)
  • I do my best to accommodate when I can, but special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed via email beforehand.
  • Please allow me the time and space to fulfill your order properly, and respect the process that goes into each handmade item. Thank you for your understanding!

đź§µEMBROIDERY DISCLAIMER

  • Every item is machine embroidered by me with care and attention to detail.
  • Some embroidery backing or stitching may be visible on both custom and regular apparel — this is completely normal due to the machine process and usal for embroidery as it’s embedded into garment ! 
  • Embroidery is exposed on the inside of garments, so it’s recommended to wear a layer underneath for comfort if you’d like!

❌REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS , & EXCHANGES

  • All sales are final.
  • Orders are made as requested, so no refunds or cancellations can be issued once an order is placed.( we recommend reviewing your order before completing your purchasing) 
  • No exchanges are accepted due to sanitary reasons.
  • Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns nor exchanges once the item has shipped.
  • Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

  • For custom designs, I always strive to bring your vision to life with the highest care.
  • While I’m not a high professional, each custom is crafted with passion, precision, and love.
  • Please keep in mind:
  • Custom pieces may not be an exact replica of reference images or ideas — this is a normal part of custom embroidery work.
  • Slight imperfections or design differences may occur, and by placing a custom order, you accept this creative variation.

đź§µ SIZING INFORMATION

  • All T-shirts, crewnecks, hoodies are unisex and true to size.
  • For an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

đźšš SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info via email or phone, depending on what you selected at checkout.
  • Aryscustomss is not responsible for:
  • Lost or stolen packages after shipment (once it’s out of my hands / been shipped I can’t do anything!) 
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses
  • Delays due to returned packages
  • If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible for a $5 re-shipping fee to have the package sent out again.(since this was not my error !) 
  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact your local USPS within 7 days.
  • Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
